These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bookably Host Community (the “Community”). By creating an account or using the Community, you agree to these Terms.
We send service-related emails only (e.g., mentions, replies, group updates, security, password resets). Manage most notifications in Account → Notification Settings. These are not marketing emails.

The Community Guidelines (available at Community Guidelines) form part of these Terms. If you breach the Guidelines, you breach these Terms. We may update the Guidelines from time to time to reflect product or policy changes. When we make material changes, we’ll provide reasonable notice (for example, an in-product notice or email) and update the “Last updated” date.
To keep the Community safe and useful, we may edit, move, or remove content; limit features; or suspend/terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Guidelines.
Serious breaches of the Guidelines—especially those listed in the Guidelines’ section “Prohibited content — zero tolerance”—may result in immediate account termination without notice. We may preserve and disclose relevant information to Netsafe and/or New Zealand Police where required or appropriate.
Use the Report feature (or contact us) to flag harmful content. Where behaviour may breach New Zealand’s Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, we may share relevant information with Netsafe or New Zealand Police.
Your use of the Community is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why (including service notifications) and your rights under the Privacy Act 2020. We do not use your email for marketing without consent.
Members may share links to third-party sites or tools. We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content, security, or practices.
We aim for high availability but the Community may be unavailable at times (maintenance, outages, updates). We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice.
Content in the Community (including our posts) is general information only—not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Get professional advice for your situation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Community is provided “as is” and “as available.” We exclude all implied warranties. We aren’t liable for: (i) user-generated content; (ii) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or (iii) indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law where applicable.
You may stop using the Community at any time (you can also request account deletion). We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections intended to survive termination do so (including licences, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
